If your property deed transfer requires us to submit documents to a county recorder's office, you can request a full refund within 60 days of purchase as long as we have not yet filed the deed. Once the deed has been submitted to the county, we cannot issue a refund.

- No refunds are available after the 60 day window or once the deed has been recorded with the county.

- For orders reviewed by an attorney, a minimum $75 cancellation fee applies if requesting a refund after the attorney review has been conducted.
